Position Title:GlobalMaintenance Manager
Reports to: Director of Maintenanceand Reliability
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance leader to join our Motus Family! This position is responsible for the development and implementation of a Global Maintenance strategy for Motus. This strategy will optimize business objectives to include world class equipment uptime, safety, and a robust facilities and equipment management program which meets quality and cost standards. A successful candidate will be a strong technical leader with high integrity who is solution focused, well versed in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), has experience working with remote teams and is willing to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and sustains systems for the maintenance of plant operational equipment which prioritize preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance over reactive maintenance.
- Participates in the research and development of new and emerging equipment and reliability technologies.
- Develops standardized mechanical processes across all locations including but not limited to preventative maintenance, tracking of machine uptime, facility effectiveness for the business, maintenance team member utilization, and new equipment signoffs.
- Provides guidance to the development of facilities and equipment maintenance plans, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
- Drives CI (Motus Business System) from top down to achieve fiscal year commitments.
- Applies 80/20 methodology to drive high performance.
- Utilizes 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa and other problem-solving tools to identify and eliminate root causes.
- Drives execution of strategic plans and priorities throughout the fiscal year
- Provides frequent structured updates to cross-functional team members and executive staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Science or Equivalent Technical Education; Bachelors’ degree preferred.
- 10+ years as a Maintenance leader in a manufacturing environment who has demonstrated successful leadership.
- 5+ years of maintaining a safety culture.
- Thorough understanding of lean and six sigma principles and its applications in maintenance and reliability.
- Multi-site management experience preferred.
- Experience working with remote teams a plus.
- Bilingual language skills in Spanish/English a plus.
