Primary Functions
- Contacts property manager daily to be advised of any problems to be advised of any problems with janitorial crew’s work
- If there are such complaints, the manager\coordinator must make sure the problem is corrected by either correcting it himself\herself or by informing the supervisor so that the supervisor can correct it.
- Surveys buildings to inspect cleaning
- If he/she finds any problems, the supervisor is notified.
- Instructs crew of work needing done
- Requisitions supplies and delivers to buildings
- Solicits new business or additional business from existing customers and prepares bids to obtain the business.
- Interviews, hires, and trains new personnel.
- Responds to emergencies in accounts
- Monitors the hours worked at each building to keep the building within their budgeted hours

Additional Requirements:
- Experience of leading a team of 30+ individuals (5+ years preferred)
- Janitorial Project Manager experience (5+ years preferred)
