Cambio Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician with diverse background, experience, and skills to be a culture add to our growing team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance operations of the community to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property.
The ideal candidate will:
Have passion to provide exceptional living experiences for individuals and families across the nation
Possess broad experience and knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work for grounds, streets, homes, and equipment
Have experience and demonstrate top safety with snow plowing in areas that require plowing
Meet the requirement to work on-call after hours and on weekends
Provide an active and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
