Global Erp Manager (Hybrid)

About This Role:
The Global ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's ERP systems. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and aligns the ERP systems to the organization's goals, facilitates process improvement, reduces ERP related technical debt, and ensures efficient end-to-end business operations.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:

• Leads the ERP team in the delivery and support of ERP Systems. Fosters a business-oriented culture that ensures alignment of ERP systems with the goals and objectives of all strategic business units. Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, performance management, and other personnel-related activities.
• Helps define and execute the ERP strategy, ensures alignment with business objectives and growth plans. Drives collaboration with business process owners and functional leads to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
• Builds relationships and collaborates across all strategic business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements. Models and promotes effective communication and coordination on ERP matters across the organization.
• Develops and maintains a roadmap for continuous improvement, including the implementation of system updates, new modules, features, and functionalities.
• Leads change management initiatives related to ERP system updates, ensures smooth adoption and user training.
• Establishes and maintains partnerships with ERP service providers. Ensures contractual performance and identifies opportunities to leverage value added services.
• Supports the ERP team by providing direction and removing roadblocks as needed to resolve operational or project-related challenges.
• Collaborates within the IT team and with business partners to incorporate ERP systems continuity in the disaster recovery plan. Provides the leadership necessary to ensure company acquisitions are successfully onboarded into the Hunter ERP environment.
• Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP systems and related fields.

Education/Training Required and Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or MIS required, or 10 years equivalent experience PMP certification preferred.

Experience Required and Preferred:

• Minimum ten years of experience as a subject matter expert implementing ERP systems for a mid-sized or larger organization. Including three years of experience successfully leading an ERP team for a mid-size or larger enterprise.

What You Bring:

• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing industry and supply chain management business process.
• Excellent functional application knowledge of major ERP systems, including proven successful implementation experience.
• Able to analyze and document complex system processes. Possess strong analytical troubleshooting techniques coupled with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively communicate with members across the organization and external partners to deliver reliable ERP solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in developing an ERP architecture plan for a growing, mid-size or larger company.
• Demonstrated skills in disaster recovery planning, performing business system gap analysis, and implementing secure and reliable systems.
• Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) project management methodologies.
• Exceptional IT project and portfolio management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative. Able to balance day-to-day operations and long-term, high-impact projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills to plan strategically, lead change effectively, able to lead, coach, develop, and motivate a cohesive high-performing team.
• Experience developing service level agreements and optimizing performance, reliability, and operating costs for complex business systems.
• Experience as a subject matter expert across multiple modules in a major ERP platform preferred.
• Experience working within an ITIL environment. Certification preferred.
• Member of the ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) team is preferred.

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $121,800 to $171,700
The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
