- Communication: Communicates project goals, objectives, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Change Management: Manages project changes effectively, assessing impacts and making adjustments to project plans as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Project Management processes and practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and best practices adoption.
- Documentation: Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Project Management roles, with a focus on Global Project Management.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Project Management software and tools.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Office-based role with occasional travel to project sites and client locations.
- Flexible work hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and international time zones.
