Global Finance partners with Capital Group business units to proactively provide relevant, timely and accurate financial reporting, innovative analysis and business insights that impact strategic decision-making while protecting the interests of investors/clients, associates and Capital Group shareholders.
As a Global Finance Manager - Corporate Finance, you will play a critical role in the development of enterprise integrated strategic financial planning, reporting and business decision support to corporate level senior management and governance groups, including CG Business Management Group (BMG), Capital Oversight Group (COG), CG Management Committee (CGMC), and CG Broad. Working with the Global Finance leadership team, including senior finance executives, and the business experts across the organization, you will find value in contributing to critical decisions impacting Capital’s long-term strategy. To thrive in this role, you will lead a dynamic and highly functional team of junior and senior finance associates and serve as the lead financial liaison to business area finance leadership teams while managing a variety of high-profile enterprise economic analyses and strategic frameworks that will progress Capital’s operate smartly objectives.

- You have a degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA strongly desired.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
