SalaryConduct global sales and marketing compliance audits for US operating divisions and international affiliates as the Senior Global Compliance Auditor.
- Perform compliance audits in various areas, including but not limited to FCPA, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Commercial Contracting/Pricing, Research Funding, No-Charge goods, HIPAA/Privacy Laws, and Travel.
- Travel domestically and internationally for approximately 15% to 35% of the time.
- Take primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with global regulations and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Develop audit plans, conduct fieldwork, and prepare audit reports.
- Analyze audit results, provide recommendations for corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate and timely audit documentation.
You will spend 24 months in the Internal Audit Group and them move on to other areas of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
