Description
Summary/Objective: Primary duty is to provide administrative support to the compliance team.
Essential functions:

• Gather and review historic filings to back-populate company's proprietary database of forms, rates and rules. Once backlog is cleared, maintain database with new filing information on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor shared email inboxes. Distribute communications to the appropriate compliance team member and ensure that requests are handled on a timely basis.
• Process OFAC clearance requests.
• Process compliance invoices.
• Process surplus line reporting requirements on a weekly basis.
• Master the Company's overall compliance processes to grow into a more expansive role within the department.
• Assist with other Department responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

• Familiarity with insurance concepts.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and be able to prioritize and complete projects effectively and efficiently.
