Reporting to the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, and serving as member of Compliance Executive Leadership team, carries out or assists with complex compliance initiatives across the firm, as assigned.
Provides Global Compliance function with leadership concerning efficiencies and automation, strategic planning, budget and expense management, senior management reporting, staffing analysis and special projects.
Leads function’s communications and employee engagement strategy and provides effective interface between Compliance and key corporate programs and initiatives. Serves, as requested, on various councils or committees as a Compliance function representative.
Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising effectively and efficiently with employees and leaders in each business unit, Compliance, Risk, Audit Services, Finance and Technology.

- A steady demeanor; enjoys being in the middle of it all when new challenges arise.
- Attention to detail, with a planner’s mindset.
- Comfortable learning new topics; curious and adaptable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least 10 years of demonstrated success in a business, operational, compliance, risk, consulting or legal role(s), evidencing a knack for the above
- A college or university degree preferred; work experience in (or serving) the financial services industry is required.
