We are seeking an experienced, motivated General Manager to oversee operations at our high-volume Five Guys location in Manchester. As GM, you will lead a team of 50+ crew members across multiple shifts to deliver the excellent food and service Five Guys is famous for.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and personnel
• Meeting sales goals and controlling costs through detailed analysis
• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Hiring and developing crew members; managing schedules
• Creating a outstanding Five Guys experience for every customer
• Partnering with corporate team on promotions, events and more
• Community outreach and representing the brand locally

Requirements:

• 5+ years restaurant management experience
• Proven success driving sales growth and profitability
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving abilities
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency using Point of Sale and reporting systems
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
