The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. Our customers come first. You'll be expected to interact with customers regularly (helping them solve problems, provide support, and check-in with their usage of our product).

- Experience in aviation (i.e. FBO GM)
- Operations Management and Customer Service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Comfortable using technology (Excel, applications, mobile apps)
- Customer management
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- English: Professional proficiency
