SalaryWe’re seeking hard working, hospitality-focused and dependable Servers to join our growing team at FM Hospitality; specifically for our new sports bar and pickleball concept, PKL Social (PKL).
PKL is an outdoor patio and sports bar located in the heart of the Rice Military and Washington Corridor area of Houston, TX, that brings a fun, competitive and active approach to entertainment and hospitality. PKL offers a unique combination of America’s fastest growing sport, pickleball, with delicious food and drinks, epic event spaces, lawn games, over 20 big-screen TV’s, and expansive outdoor seating perfect for today’s popular athleisure lifestyle.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bar environment.

- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Be comfortable building relationships with patrons and team members

- Must be a team player and be willing to go above and beyond for your teammates
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar / sports bar environment
- Bring a hard working, professional and positive attitude to work every day
- High integrity and sense of urgency
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment given the Food, Beverage and also Pickleball components of the new concept
- Demonstrate the flexibility to work at both our PKL and FM (will be located adjacent to one another), on an as-needed basis

Minimum qualifications:
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC Certificate)
- Food Handler Certification
