Servers Or Host

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

• Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to take care of them
• Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system
• Keep the dining spaces clean and presentable
• Communicate regularly with your guest and anticipate their needs
• Go above and beyond guest’s expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
