```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong guest relations skills, and a passion for hospitality.

```Duties```
- Greet guests and seat them at their tables
- Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Assist with food service as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations and inquiries
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to build positive guest relations and resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
