Full-Time Remote Wellness Assistant

Abundant Life Wellness Center is a Christian owned and operated health clinic with a mission to offer hope to our clients by using effective, natural solutions for their health challenges, all for the glory of God. ALWC provides a wide variety of holistic services ranging from Naturopathic Consults, Detox Services, Allergy Elimination, Neurofeedback, IV Therapy, etc. The Full-Time Lab Specialist will serve our clients on their health journey through warm, inviting customer service, and a variety of administrative tasks.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Available to work outside normal business hours for time-sensitive tasks

• MUST be located within the DFW area

This position is fully remote, excluding mandatory training for at least two weeks following start date, staff development dates as needed, and social functions as a team. For that reason, only candidates within the DFW area will be considered for this position. ALWC conducts bi-weekly staff meetings which this position can attend virtually most meetings.

Responsibilities include:

• Contacting various laboratories with confidential client information regarding blood work and other testing.
• Ordering blood work with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Uploading requisition/results to client documents in EMR software.
• Collaborate in weekly team meetings over Google Meet
• Create clinic standardized Functional Blood Analysis for our Naturopathic Doctors to review.
• Communicate with all necessary parties at ALWC
• Communicate with any recommendations to clients through EMR software
• Conduct bi-yearly refunds in Principle Labs portal
• Other duties as needed

Company paid holidays are available immediately and paid personal days off are available after one year of service. There is no insurance provided but many wellness center services and products are received for free or at a discount. Interest in natural health and wellness is important to be successful in this role.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
