Chiropractic Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and patient support in our chiropractic office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and providing exceptional customer service. You are also required to assist the doctor with the care of exhisting and New patients.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling software
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Assist with outside events, send out communication via system blast
- Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
- Assist chiropractors with various administrative tasks as needed

file paperwork, order supplies, keep office and doctors schedule organiized.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Able to setup patients for in office xrays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Setup doctors inside and out of office functions.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
