Sexual Wellness Medical Assistant

This position requires an individual who is energetic, dynamic and extremely organized. Must be able to work independently and with other clinical staff as a team. Your role is not only to assist our clinical providers, but also to strengthen our patient relationships.

At Marcos Medical Aesthetics & Wellness your job duties as a CMA for Sexual Wellness will consist of:

• Will be doing both MA duties for primary care and aesthetics treatments such as Vaginal Rejuvenation, Shockwave Erectile Dysfunction treatments, P-Shot, O-Shot and more!
• Assisting service providers with bioidentical hormone pellet treatments, and perform medical aesthetic procedures such as injectables/PRP hair restoration/RF-micro needling.
• Clerical duties such as: Scanning/ Uploading/ Answering Emails/ Stocking and Ordering Supplies, answering and returning calls, and contacting patients to follow up on their weight loss journey and transcribes orders and prepares appropriate requisitions, forms, and calls to pharmacy.
• Ability to perform a sales approach to inform patients of the product, service, and current sales with the intention and ability to build retention and repeat business.

Must be detail oriented, possess strong customer service skills, be able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage various job duties simultaneously, maintain a high level of customer service and deliver quality patient care.

Requirements

• 1 year of Bioidentical Hormone Pellet is requires
• 1 year of Sexual Wellness experience and must be comfortable treating male & female patients.
• 1 year experience working in a Med Spa
• Have an amazing customer service tract record and have great phone etiquette
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!

PAY

Base pay, depending on experience will range from $18-20/hr.

• Commission & bonus opportunity after 90 days or completion of training, whichever comes first.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
