You must be a positive, upbeat, reliable, punctual, diligent, and genuine people-person who enjoys making people smile and feel comfortable in the office. Other necessary skills are: good computer and typing abilities, comfortable answering busy phones with a pleasant speaking voice, multitasking, and detail-oriented. Position:
The ideal candidate is seeking a permanent position that would like to stay with the clinic for the LONG TERM. We want to minimize turnover as much as possible.

This current Entry Level job opening is for a PART-TIME position, but can turn into a FULL-TIME position based on performance and availability.

Compensation:
Base Hourly pay starts at $15-17/hr depending on experience and performance during your 60 day probation period. Additionally, you will be paid daily sales commission and bonuses from the start. Other benefits...herbs and supplements at discounted rate. After the 60 day probation period, there is a possibility of increase in the wage based on your performance review.

All staff are welcome to get free acupuncture or cupping treatment once per week after your 60 day probation period.

Office duties include:

• Greet patients with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
• Assist with patient intake, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Answering multi-line phones, answering questions and taking messages in a polite, helpful manner
• Monitor appointment schedules and clinic flow to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide clear instructions, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas to uphold our clinic's standards of excellence.
• Collecting and accounting for cash transactions, checks, and processing credit card payments
• Collaborate closely with the team to support seamless clinic operations and foster a positive work environment.
• Folding and dispersing linens
• Ordering/pricing/stocking supplies
• Assisting the professional staff and front desk managers as needed
• Ensuring a smoothly run clinic
• Creating an excellent customer experience
• Being an all-around team-player

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Impeccable punctuality and commitment to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and conscientious work ethic, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor when interacting with patients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Interest in holistic health and a willingness to learn about acupuncture practices.

Uniform/Dress Code:

We wear scrubs in black, white, blue, gray or combination thereof and comfortable shoes. Business casual is also acceptable when worn in our company colors.
