4. We are happy to train you if you don't have experience in our field. We just want you to be willing to learn.
Job Requirements
Excellent customer service skills in front office work. Needs to have a strong interest in helping people. Greeting patients, making appointments, pre-testing them before their eye exam, dispensing eyeglasses, collecting payments.
Ability to use Computers to pull insurance authorizations, bill insurances (willing to teach), ordering and managing inventory, texting and confirming appointments and recall reminders.
Great hours. Mon - Fri 8 30 AM to 5 30 PM (1 hour lunch) and some Saturdays
9 00 AM to 2 00 PM
