LG Counseling is a wellness based practice specializing in Mental Health, Brain Health, and Life Coaching. Our mission is to deliver unparalleled patient care and elevate patient experience with evidence-based mental health services that transcend conventional counseling. We are seeking a hard-working and experienced office/marketing administrator who can help our practice. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-office operations
- Answer incoming calls and cheerfully assist visitors and clients
- Schedule new and recurring clients
- Use and manage electronic medical record system
- Be an uplifting, team member & maintain a positive work environment
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Eagerness to inform the public of services offered
Preference will be given to candidates with the following background/skills:
- One or more years of experience in office setting
- Sales experience/Mindset of Sales
- Results driven mindset
