Full-Time Junior Project Manager

What you’ll do:

• Respond to inquiries from care companies seeking corecubed services
• Set up meetings and meet with inquiries to educate them about corecubed services
• Understand all corecubed services, pricing and proposals
• Manage client projects as assigned
• Provide top-quality customer service in accordance with corecubed’s 14 customer service points
• Delegate project tasks to other team members
• Track project and budget status weekly and serve as the conduit for workflow between clients and corecubed team members
• Supervise projects and administrative details to ensure the timely completion of projects and that client expectations are not only met but exceeded
• Perform other duties as needed
• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• Proactive, enthusiastic, responsive, self-starter
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and able to organize complex situations
• Comfort with online management tools and digital marketing
• The ability to learn new online programs easily and quickly
• Previous experience in advertising, marketing, and/or sales a plus, especially in the fields of healthcare, home care, home health, and/or senior care
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or other related fields is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
