Co-Living Junior Design Project Manager

Moos&Co. is seeking a Co-Living Junior Project Managerto join the team focusing on mass production and co-living space design. In this role, you will manage projects from concept to completion.

• Manage furnishing orders, vendors, and timelines for smooth project execution, primarily on-site
• Coordinate product orders, deliveries, and installations across multiple projects, through on-site coordination
• Process furnishing orders and communicate with clients/vendors during on-site visits and meetings
• Lead on-site furnishing installations and oversee staging for photoshoots
• Perform precise on-site measurements
• Create moodboards and presentations within budget and aesthetic direction
• Heavy on-site presence at installations, meetings, and photoshoots required rather than desk-based work
• Create detailed floor plans using AutoCAD that accurately captures spatial dimensions and layout requirements for successful furnishing

Qualifications and prerequisites:

• 2 year project management and/or interior design related experience
• The ideal candidate has pursued a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• You have a strong eye for aesthetic details, space planning abilities, and technical knowledge
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign is required
• We are looking for someone highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• You should be comfortable interacting with clients and collaborating in a fast-paced team environment

• Must possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to proactively identify and undertake initiatives.
