Moos&Co. is seeking a Co-Living Junior Project Managerto join the team focusing on mass production and co-living space design. In this role, you will manage projects from concept to completion.
- Manage furnishing orders, vendors, and timelines for smooth project execution, primarily on-site
- Coordinate product orders, deliveries, and installations across multiple projects, through on-site coordination
- Process furnishing orders and communicate with clients/vendors during on-site visits and meetings
- Lead on-site furnishing installations and oversee staging for photoshoots
- Perform precise on-site measurements
- Create moodboards and presentations within budget and aesthetic direction
- Heavy on-site presence at installations, meetings, and photoshoots required rather than desk-based work
- Create detailed floor plans using AutoCAD that accurately captures spatial dimensions and layout requirements for successful furnishing
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- 2 year project management and/or interior design related experience
- The ideal candidate has pursued a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
- You have a strong eye for aesthetic details, space planning abilities, and technical knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign is required
- We are looking for someone highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- You should be comfortable interacting with clients and collaborating in a fast-paced team environment

- Must possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to proactively identify and undertake initiatives.
