Job Description
This full-time, in-office role is responsible for planning and coordinating resources for contracted sign surveys, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. In their role on the Projects Team, they are responsible for client, vendor, and internal communication and problem solving regarding contracted projects.
Job Functions
- Review, plan, and implement various projects simultaneously
- Create, enter, and maintain project documentation into cloud-based workflow software
- Place, review, and track orders with vendors
- Communicate with clients and vendors over the phone and via email
- Provide regular and milestone project updates to clients
- Product Tracking
- Resource Scheduling
- Track Job Costing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good interpersonal skills in working with customers, employees, management, and vendors
- Positive attitude with strong, dependable, and honest work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year in sign industry
Physical requirements
- Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time to perform basic office functions
- Ability to lift 25lbs, physically able to work in sign shop environment
- Sufficient vision for filing out legal documents and data entry Direct reports
