Job Description
Euro Motorcars Germantown is looking for a team player with a professional and friendly attitude who has a background in customer service and is very dependable. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role as the dealership’s ambassador, ensuring a one-of-a-kind experience for our service customers. This position is a foundation for growth opportunities within the Euro Motorcars family.
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Agent is responsible for handling inbound phone calls, texts, chats or emails to schedule appointments, update on the status of a vehicle’s repair or answer questions,
- The Customer Service Agent is responsible for outbound phone calls to follow up on the customers’ purchase or service visit experience, reschedule no-shows, and other service-related matters,
- The Customer Service Agent is assisting customers with questions regarding their vehicle’s service prior, during and after the visit,
- The Customer Service Agent needs to understand and implement dealership service processes, stay informed about service-related news on current matters, as well as continuously train and recertify according to brand requirements,
- The Customer Service Agent is expected to collaborate with their team,
- The Customer Service Agent serves as the customer’s advocate by solving problems on the customer’s behalf by engaging the right department,
- The Customer Service Agent uses the authorized system to gather and provide information and/or update customer records,
- The Customer Service Agent adheres to service and operational standards established for the Call Center.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Call Center environment is preferred,
- Excellent communication skills, and strong computer skills,
- Strong phone etiquette and a focus on assisting customers by listening to them without interrupting,
- Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents,
- Experience using a CRM system and Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Reliable and Punctual as well as adaptable to the work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
This is a FULL-TIME position with the following schedule:
Mon, TUE, THU and FRI: 7:30am – 4:30pm
SAT: 8am – 4pm
WED: Off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
