The Job:
Citrus HOA Management is a Redlands-based homeowners association management company looking for a full-Time Administrative Assistantto join our growing team! The Administrative Assistant will support the homeowners association community managers with all things administrative for the homeowners associations we manage. The position has the potential to grow, expand, and become a long-term career for the right person.
We are a close-knit and hardworking team. Our awesome office is located in downtown Redlands, near all the best shops and eateries.
This position isMonday-Friday from 8:00 AM -4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented and highly organized, loves and excels in administrative tasks, and uses critical thinking skills to problem solve.
Please note duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via email or phone in a kind, professional, and courteous manner.
- Support the community managers in managing all operations of the homeowners associations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1 year of experience in customer service required
- 1 year of administrative experience required
- MS Office and Google Suite proficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Outstanding execution and follow-through
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive and upbeat attitude
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
