Full Time Accounts Payable / Receivable

Muller Honda, located in Highland Park, Il. Is looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable / Receivable to join our team. Due to advancement, we are looking for an outgoing individual that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Previous Automotive Accounts Payable preferred. We offer a competitive hourly pay and opportunity to join a great company.

**This is a Full-Time role offering Monday – Friday flexible hours **

Responsibilities:

• Verifying all payables for accuracy, while working with department heads for the approval on purchases etc.
• Keeping track of monthly expenses to be sure they are booked in accurate months
• Working with the Office Manager on prepaid items
• Mailing out monthly statements
• Communicate on intercompany receivables
• Calling on accounts receivable for past due items.
• Cross train on miscellaneous duties such as stocking in vehicles, etc.
• Help cover phones during lunches
