Essential Functions:
- Process accounts receivable and payable for all departments
- Input invoices and process payments
- Record day to day financial transaction and complete posting process
- Reconcile monthly expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements for all departments and companies
- Monthly Owner distribution reconciliation
- Maintain various Excel files
- Assist with preparing financial statements and report on variances
- Other projects as assigned
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
- Knowledge of Sage 100 & 1099s Filing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with multi-tasking skills.
