FRONTING SPECIALIST:

DESCRIPTION:
Taking advantage of a global footprint consisting of offices in 54 countries, Chubb is able to place Surety bonds throughout Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific on behalf of our US based international clients.
Reporting to the Fronting Desk Manager – the Fronting Specialist will assist in all aspects of international Surety Bond placements including providing guidance on local markets, premium registrations, reinsurance, and licensing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Second Language a plus
- Some Surety or Insurance field experience preferre
Responsibilities:
- Assist Fronting Desk Manager in all aspects of the Fronting Operation
- Special Projects including Updating and Documentation of Procedures/Guidelines
- Provide Leadership and Direction for Transactional Associates
- Facilitate Communication between US and COG Underwriters
- Update US Underwriters regarding changes in International Markets
- Facilitate bond placements with our Chubb Overseas office and third party partners
- Confirm Executed Bonds with Fronting Partners to insure timely Registration of Assumed Risks
- Register executed bonds in our system and properly store documents in our storage cabinet for each bond registered
- Generate International invoices to share with our US brokers
- Track and update our international bond tracking file with all movements to existing bonds and or new bonds
