Front Receptionist

Responsibilities include:

• Print demographics daily, attach assigned documents, verify balances, HIPAA and insurance card
• Print schedules for Ultrasounds, Echos/Stress Echos
• Check patients in: Established and New patients
• Check patients out: Collections, Process external orders, and complete process.
• Verify all information is correct and all required paperwork is complete
• Scan all documents into patient chart

Qualifications:

• Experience with E Clinical Works (ECW)
• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years in a medical office
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience with an EMR. Preferably Eclinicalworks software, but will train for the right candidate.
• Must be detailed oriented and able to multitask.
