Job requirements:
-Provide the highest level of service to the guest at all time and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
-Give a warm and sincere greeting. Check guest in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner. Anticipate the guest's needs and exceed their expectations.
-Handle guest registration, room assignments and room blocking which includes accommodating special requests whenever possible.
-Follow correct check-in/check-out procedures for all guests.
-Always answer phone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly.
-Responsible for issued bank.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
