SalaryJob Description and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Assist Drivers when they need help.
- Schedule/cancel appointments.
- Help office staff with other tasks, such as filling paperwork, creating spreadsheets, recording transactions.

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11-14/hr
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 9 hour shift
