Front Desk Receptionist

Garcia & Ramires, PLLC is seeking a bilingual receptionist for immediate hire. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish, professional, and eager to work. Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you!

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and accurately

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
