Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

• Front Desk Management:

  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle mail and courier packages, and distribute them to the respective departments.

• Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
