Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage and maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
- Coordinate projects as assigned
-Drive company vehicle to pick up supplies as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Clean driving record
- Strong calendar management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
