SalaryAnderson Wellness Group is looking for a full-time charismatic individual to add to our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly atmosphere
- Greet and welcome patients with kindness
- Answer incoming calls and return missed calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Occasionally check patients in and out
- Collect payments
- Managing and updating patient records
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as uploading documents, faxing, answering emails and voicemails
- Perform other reception duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Great writing skills
- Great phone etiquette
- Compassionate customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- 1-2 years related experience (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm
- Fridays 9am - 2pm
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
