We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Firm, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and possess excellent communication skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the office
- Check in new clients and update existing client information in the system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Assist with client records management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
-Collect statements and organize digital files for appts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
-Order office groceries and team lunches
-Pay electronic invoices
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a financial firm or similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using CRM software systems and Microsoft
- Strong knowledge of financial terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
