Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
