Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe documents and proofread for errors
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management tasks as needed
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
