Our private practice is looking for a Front Office Coordinator in Skokie, Illinois.

Schedule:
Monday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm (2 x month)
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities
The Front Office Coordinator will:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications
Our Must Haves:

• 1+ years of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is required
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software is preferred
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is required
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
