Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients and customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Use Google Suite and other software programs to complete tasks
- Serve as a personal assistant to the team by organizing meetings and travel arrangements
- Maintain front desk area and greet visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and emails
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or complaints
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
