As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible to manage day-to-day activities in a fast pace sales environment. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to interact with customers and provide comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products. This position requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be a self-starter with good communication skills (both verbal and written).

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of one-year of experience providing quality Customer Service

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel & Outlook

· Efficient in managing sales orders and order entry

· Communicate and provide company product information to all independent reps and customers

· Follow-up with customers and reps and provide sales and delivery information

· Manage open sales orders and monitor backorders.

· Respond and react to customer issues and requests

· Partner with independent reps to provide quality Customer Service

· Process all customer revisions to ensure order accuracy

· Responsive and places a high level of urgency in satisfying the customer

· Ability to handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally

· Be punctual and have consistent attendance
