Office Manager/Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing exceptional customers relationships and capturing customer prospect information needed to obtain the sale, providing general administrative support to the estimators and maintaining the customer reception area / front office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Multi-line phone systems: 7 years (Required)
• Auto body shop: 7 years (Required)
