Customer Service/Office Admin

Overhead Door Company of Salinas is hiring for a full time position in Salinas, CA reporting to the Office Manager and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous service scheduling or construction admin experience. We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail oriented individual, a quick learner with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming customer calls and scheduling service or sales appointments. Communicate with internal team members and customers for follow up of quoted projects or installations. Initiate work orders and schedule with service technicians or sales as needed. Prepare job packets for following day's work.

Processing new customer account setup and coordinate credit approval. Process incoming payments including cash, checks, credit cards for service work. Participating in various other accounting department or sales administrative functions/projects as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications Preferred:

Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics, or working towards credits

Experience service scheduling or other construction admin.

Must be very organized and detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills

Financial accounting system experience helpful

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work in a team environment

Multi-lingual a plus
