SalaryWe are seeking a qualified Customer Service candidate to join our printing, copying and products company in north county!
The position we are seeking is FULL-TIME or PART-TIME, 25 to 37
Required:
- Experience in the printing and graphics industry a must
- Prior experience working in commercial print preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Present a professional appearance
- Professional and responsive customer service
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to process customer orders
- Proficient in office productivity programs (Word, Excel, Outlook-Adobe software a plus)
- Able to work independently
- Ability to learn company software, PrintSmith system, quickly
- Detail oriented
- Obtain and evaluate proper art files to process customer orders
- Able to communicate effectively
Responsibilities:
- Assist in in-coming phone calls from customers, prospects, suppliers, etc.
- Enter Orders
- Create Invoices, Purchase Orders, interact with suppliers
- Assist with walk-in prospects or customers
- Work with production staff
- Have a good eye for color and knowledge of crop marks, bleed and other print specs.
- Assist production dept in bindery and finishing duties
Pay to commensurate with experience
Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
