Job DescriptionSCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for the Front Office staff and provides coordination of services under the supervision of the office manager, practice manager and/or physicians. Must be able to fully function in all aspects of the office routines and able to train others for position. Communicates with staff and patients in a considerate and effective manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED/High School Diploma required. Excellent customer service skills required. Able to give and follow verbal and written instructions. Knowledge of medical terminology. Proficient in Misys. Demonstrates good organizational skills.
