Front Office Coordinator

Our Pedo and Orthodontic practice is seeking an experienced, friendly, organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be familiar with front desk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients with a smile and assisting with administrative tasks. Previous dental/ortho administrative experience (2+ years) is required, as is excellent customer service. Must be a team player, excited to learn, enthusiastic, and great with kids. Insurance and Open Dental experience is a plus!
