As the Front Office Patient Coorindator you will work with a team to:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
To hit the ground running you need to have:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and dental software such as Dentrix
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and patient service procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a smile
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
