Our business runs on our Front Office reception staff, and we're looking for an eloquent and efficient individual who can take the lead. The right candidate will be well-versed in our policies and procedures, as well as knowledgeable about our products and services. You will be an effective liaison between customers and management, and have a knack for professionalism and tact. If you have experience working in a fast-paced setting with a keen eye for detail, this position could be a perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Greet our guest with warmth and joy.
- Operate within our goal of "White Glove Service."
- Answer calls from clients and vendors.
- Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail.
- Answer telephone calls and screen them appropriately to ensure they are routed to the correct recipients.
- Prepare correspondence, signage, and other documents using computerized and traditional office equipment.
- Verify incoming orders to ensure accuracy of data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
