SalaryFront Office Staff for a lighting and audio design company in the events industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond and vet event inquiries via email and phone.
- Create and follow up on proposals and rentals.
- Document event resources and production notes.
- Tracking of subrentals, deliveries, and shipping.
- Basic accounts payable and receivable follow up.
- Occasional travel, food and coffee runs.
Knowledge of lighting and audio technology is a plus, but not required.
Previous experience in the event industry necessary.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
Attention to detail both in communications and tasks/projects.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Ability to work at a fast pace under multiple work distractions.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, excellent communication skills.
Professional etiquette.
Monday - Friday (9-5pm.) No remote opportunities at this time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
