SalaryPOSITION OVERVIEW: Staff Accountant/Revenue Accountant
The Staff Accountant reports to the Manager, Lease Administration. This position collaborates regularly with internal personnel and the property management and asset team in support of lease administration duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Job Code Set-up Requests
- Process New Vendor Set-ups and Update Requests
- Update Daily Cash Schedule with Monthly validation against bank reconciliations
- Identify, Research and Resolve checks over 90 days
- Post Monthly Electronic Vendor Payments and validate all transactions are posted for AP Close
- Support and Analyze Data as directed in preparing the annual 1099 filing
- Generate OT Payroll Invoices and Construction Management Fee Invoices
- Enter Monthly Tenant Billings
- Enter Daily Tenant Cash Receipts
- Audit Employee Expenses reports to ensure proper documentation and compliance with the Company’s Reimbursement polices
- Assist with Daily Department Filing and Annual Off-site Storage document preparation
Accounts Receivable
- Assist the Manager of Lease Administration with posting tenant cash receipts & monthly tenant billings
Accounts Payable
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable Specialist with invoice entry
Development Accounting
- Generate Monthly Construction Management Fee invoices
- Performs other duties as assigned.
